Megan Kranichfeld, Vice President of Industrial Development
Megan joined Prime West in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Industrial Development at Prime West Development where she is spearheading the company’s expansion into the industrial development sector. She is responsible for identifying and pursuing industrial development opportunities including site selection, contract negotiation, financial analysis, market feasibility, entitlements, project execution and lease-up.

Megan’s Background
Prior to joining Prime West, Megan served as Vice President with United Properties focusing on growing the local industrial development platform, where she was directly involved in over 1M SF of industrial product developed and stabilized during her 7-year tenure with the firm. Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from University of Colorado-Boulder and received a Real Estate Certificate. Megan is an active member of NAIOP Colorado, NAIOP Industrial Forum National Forums program, and DMCAR Board of Directors. She is also a member of the ULI Colorado Office and Industrial Product Council. As a recognized leader in the industry, Megan was awarded the 2022 CREW Women of Influence Rising Leader Award. On the weekends, Megan loves to spend as much time in the mountains as possible and enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping.
