Jim Neenan, Chief Executive Officer
Jim joined the development team of Prime West in 2012, and became the Owner, President and CEO in 2016. Jim is responsible for guiding the company to ensure the overall success of Prime West and works directly with the leadership team of the firm to establish the direction of the company, its vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and market focus.
Background
Jim’s Background
Jim’s previous experience includes nearly 25 years in the development and design build industry. Jim has been responsible for or directly involved in over 8.0MM SF of office and light industrial projects throughout his career. Jim is passionate about the development business and continues to be actively involved in NAIOP Colorado. Jim attended Arizona State University, where he studied civil engineering with an emphasis in structural design. On a personal note, Jim’s family is most important to him. His interests include golfing, reading about historical leaders, biking and hiking.
