Our Story
Michael Melun, Senior Vice President of Development
Michael has been with Prime West since 2016 as a Senior Vice President of Development. He oversees the execution and delivery of the firm’s projects – from concept through design, budgeting, construction, and closeout. Michael’s experience includes a variety of project types such as mixed-use office buildings – including corporate build-to-suits and tenant improvement work – as well as multi-family, retail, and hotels.

Michael’s Background
Michael’s previous experience includes nearly 25 years working in architecture and development for firms such as OZ Architecture and Opus Architecture and Development. Michael received a B.A. from Texas Christian University, and an M. Arch from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed architect in Colorado and Arizona (inactive) and when not working, he can be found with his wife and 2 boys enjoying travel and the Colorado lifestyle.
